Thrive ’N’ Survive helps people organize NFL survivor entries and compare possible picks. The service is currently free and in active testing.

Privacy
We store the account details you provide, your pool and entry settings, saved picks, plan history, and feedback you submit. We use this information to authenticate you, save your work, operate the beta, and investigate errors.
Authentication cookies are used to keep you signed in. Error monitoring is configured to exclude request bodies, cookies, authorization headers, email addresses, and pool data. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
You can delete individual pools inside the optimizer. For account or privacy requests, use Send feedback while signed in.
Beta Terms
This is prerelease software and may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. You are responsible for checking every pick on the site where your survivor pool is actually hosted. Thrive ’N’ Survive does not submit picks for you and does not guarantee results, winnings, or continuous availability.
Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to access another person’s account, disrupt the service, or automate abusive traffic. The beta is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Methodology and Limitations
The optimizer combines estimated team win probabilities, future schedule value, team-use rules, and projected survivor ownership. Multi-entry planning also considers overlap across a portfolio. Recommendations are estimates, not certainties.
- Odds and projections can move after a plan is generated.
- Projected ownership is an estimate and may differ from your pool.
- Injuries, weather, line movement, and rest are informational matchup context and do not currently change the optimization score.
- Users must record their actual external-pool picks accurately, including retroactive corrections.
Always confirm kickoff times, player status, pool rules, deadlines, and the pick recorded by your external pool provider.

- Betting markets: The Odds API.
- Official injury designations and practice reports: NFL.com.
- Depth chart and recent snap context used to rank injuries: nflverse.
- Weather forecasts: Open-Meteo, using game venue coordinates and roof information.
- Projected ownership: the source and observation time shown in the product; estimates may be model-generated when an observed distribution is unavailable.
